Terms & Conditions
  1. Roam Smart (No contract) is specially designed for subscribers who sign up a new number, or port in an existing number that is currently not from Singtel, Gomo, Heya, CMLink. Zero1 and ViviFI. It is an enhanced Roam Plus 4G plan that comes with monthly 8GB Malaysia forever, 2GB Malaysia and 1GB Indonesia / Thailand roaming data for period of 12-month. Additionally, customers who port in their number from a non-Singtel network successfully will receive an add-on of extra 100GB of local data per month for 12 months, as well as 5G connectivity on all local data permanently. Both add-ons will be added to your number within 5 days from the day you ported in.
  2. Roam Pro 5G (No contract) is specially designed for subscribers who sign up a new number, or port in an existing number that is currently not from Singtel, Gomo, Heya, CMLink. Zero1 and ViviFI. It is an enhanced Roam Plus 4G plan with a 5G add-on that transforms all data into 5G connectivity. Roam Pro 5G comes with a 100GB local base + Bonus local 10GB + 2GB Malaysia and 1GB Indonesia / Thailand roaming data for period of 12-month. Thereafter, the plan reverts to 100GB local base + Bonus 10GB local data forever.
  3. Roam Plus 4G (No contract) is specially designed for subscribers who sign up a new number, or port in an existing number that is currently not from Singtel, Gomo, Heya, CMLink. Zero1 and ViviFI. It comes with a 100GB local base + 2GB Malaysia and 1GB Indonesia / Thailand roaming data for period of 12-month. Thereafter, the plan reverts to 100GB local base data forever.
  4. Super 5G (No contract) is an enhanced Elite 4G plan with a 5G add-on that transforms all data into 5G connectivity. Super 5G comes with a 110GB base + Bonus 10GB + Bonus 20GB local data for a period of 12-month. Thereafter, the plan reverts to 110GB base + Bonus 10GB local data forever. Unlimited Mins is capped at 10,000 based on FUP.
  5. Mega 5G (No contract) is an enhanced Prime 4G plan with a 5G add-on that transforms all data into 5G connectivity. Mega 5G comes with a 80GB base + Bonus 10GB + Bonus 20GB local data for a period of 12-month. Thereafter, the plan reverts to 80GB base + Bonus 10GB local data forever.
  6. Prime 4G (No contract) comes with a 80GB base + Bonus 20GB local data for a period of 12-month. Thereafter, the plan reverts to 80GB forever.
  7. Lite 4G (No contract) comes with a 20GB base data forever.
  8. All above-mentioned plans, except Roam Smart, Roam Plus 4G and Pro 5G, unused base local data are rollable for next 1-month. Find more about how Rollover works here
  9. Due to a recent increase in SMS-based scams, all of the aforementioned plans have a daily SMS limit of 300, as per our fair usage policy.
  10. Subscribers with ZYM Mobile's no-contract plans must remain subscribed for a minimum of 2 months. Porting out during this period is not permitted. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may allow port-out requests, but any subscription payments made will be non-refundable.
  11. Subscriber's port-in number must fulfill the obligation(s) from your existing Telco. ZYM Mobile is not liable for any early termination charges, or other related fee, imposed by your existing Telco. Know more about Port-in eligibility here
  12. Usually, it takes up to 5 working days to port-in a phone number from existing Telco to ZYM. From time to time, a subscriber's port-in may fail due to many reasons, such as incorrect account information, technical issues, or delays on the part of the previous carrier. In the event of a port-in failure, ZYM Mobile is not liable for any delay or inconvenience caused. No refund will be given. Know more about common Port-in failure here
  13. To ensure a smooth SIM activation process, customers MUST accurately enter their Name, NRIC/FIN number, and Date of Birth during the SIM card ordering process on www.zym.sg. These details will be used to verify the customer's identity at the time of SIM activation

  15. While you can cancel your SIM order by contacting ZYM customer care, kindly note that no refund will be issued if you chose SIM delivery (Drop into mailbox / Deliver to doorstep), as the order has already been processed.
  16. If the customer provides incorrect personal or delivery information, they are responsible to reorder the SIM card again through the ZYM website (www.zym.sg). Refunds (if any) will not be issued for previous orders due to the order being already processed.
  17. To avoid account suspension and possible termination, please ensure your bill/invoice is paid by the due date. If your account is terminated, you will not be able to retrieve back all mobile numbers associated with the account.
  18. By subscribing to ZYM Mobile, you agree to the full T&Cs written here
  19. Please activate your SIM card within 14 days from date of order if you've opted for delivery to your mailbox or doorstep. After 14 days, the SIM card will expire and become unusable. However, if you opted for self-collection of SIM card, you must collect your SIM card within 14 days of ordering it. If you do not collect it by the deadline, ZYM Mobile will automatically cancel your order.
  20. (Promotion) *Eligible new subscribers who sign up / port-in to Prime 4G, Mega 5G and Super 5G shall enjoy Free 1GB shared roaming between Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, per month for a period of 12-month. This promo is ongoing until further notice.
  21. (Promotion) Eligible Port-in subscribers (who are not from Singtel network) to Roam Plus 4G shall enjoy a free 5G experience for a period of 90 days. The 5G access shall only be added once you've successfully ported in to us. Subscribers who sign up for a new number are not entitled.
  22. (Promotion) Updated: New subscribers who activate any ZYM mobile plan between 16 Jul - 16 Aug 2024, will receive a $90 Samsung Tab eVoucher. This eVoucher can be used to purchase selected Galaxy Tab S8 and S9 models at the Samsung Experience Stores in Westgate, Plaza Singapura, or VivoCity.   23. (Promotion) *Between 16 Jul - 16 Aug 2024, all new subscribers, who successfully activated the simcard with any ZYM mobile plan, shall stand a 1x chance to win a Samsung Buds FE, worth $159. A total of 5 winners shall be selected. Winners will be announced on ZYM Facebook a week after the end of campaign, and contacted via email, WhatsApp, or SMS for collection.
