Get SIM via Self-collection

No waiting necessary!

You can pick up your SIM card immediately at your pre-selected venue within 14 days from date of order starting from the day you've ordered.

Why the 14 days?
The rise in scams in Singapore necessitates the implementation of this measure to ensure public safety. After 15 days from date of order, the SIM order shall expired. If this happen, you must re-order a new SIM card again.

Yes, there is a new regulation to this.

Each new SIM order has a validity of 14 days. Once expired, you shall not be able to activate the SIM card.

Please kindly contact ZYM customer care and perform a simple identify verification. Once done, your SIM card shall be extended for another 14 days.

Your NRIC / FIN card (Physical or Digital)
Yourself!

Due to verification & security procedures, collecting a SIM card on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

The person who ordered the SIM card must be present to claim and activate it with the help of a sales representative. The key reason for doing this is due to recent rise in scams in Singapore. Such regulation must be implemented for public safety.

ZYM customer care is more than happy to extend the SIM validity for you.

Save time and skip the extra steps!

When you pick up your new SIM card, just let the friendly sales rep know you'd like to add an additional line. They'll handle everything right there, no need to order a separate one online again. Most importantly, it's totally free.

Our collection venues are all synced.

So, if you've changed your mind to collect your SIM card from Venue B instead of the original Venue A, you may simply do so, without tell us!

While we're sorry to hear this decision of yours, we understand. You can easily cancel your SIM card by contacting ZYM customer care. They will be happy to assist you. However, any fees (if any) paid are not refundable.
