- Roam Smart 4G, is a no contract postpaid subscription plan. For $15.10 /mth, it comes with a monthly local 100GB(4G), extra local 100GB(4G) for 12-months, 2,000 local mins (VoLTE), 100 local sms and a Malaysia roaming addon of 8GB forever for $5.00 per month. The plan also comes with a Free roaming addon of 2GB Malaysia and 1GB Indonesia / Thailand roaming data for period of 12-month. As an added bonus, customers who successfully transfer their mobile number from a non-Singtel network will enjoy a complimentary upgrade of all their 4G local data to 5G connectivity for free permanently, and a Free 5GB roaming data to JP/S.KR/TW/AU/CN/HK/MACAU/PH/VN for a period of 12 months. Expect both bonuses free addon to be added to your eligible port in number within 5 business days of successful porting. This special offer is available for a limited time and will end once a formal announcement is made.
- Roam Plus 4G, is a no contract postpaid subscription plan. For $10.10 /mth, it comes with a monthly local 100GB(4G), extra local 100GB(4G) for 12-months, 1,000 local mins (VoLTE), 100 local sms. The plan also comes with a Free roaming addon of 2GB Malaysia and 1GB Indonesia / Thailand roaming data for period of 12-month. As an added bonus, customers who successfully transfer their mobile number from a non-Singtel network will enjoy a complimentary upgrade of all their 4G local data to 5G connectivity for free for 90 days. Expect bonus free addon to be added to your eligible port in number within 5 business days of successful porting.
- Roam Pro 5G, is a no contract postpaid subscription plan. For $20.10 /mth, it comes with a monthly local 110GB(4G), extra local 100GB(4G) for 12-months, 1,000 local mins (VoLTE), 100 local sms and a 5G HLR addon that transforms all 4G local data into 5G connectivity permanently for $10.00 per month. The plan comes with a Free roaming addon of 2GB Malaysia and 1GB Indonesia / Thailand roaming data for period of 12-month.
- [Preferred Roaming Partners] To ensure a smooth connection, enable data roaming in your phone's settings and disable any other SIM cards. - [Telco under non-Singtel Network] refers to SIMBA/TPG, M1, My Republic, Circle.Life, Geenet, Changi Mobile, Gorilla Mobile, Starhub, Eight Telecom, redOne, CMLink, ViviFi, Zero 1
- Effective 29 Aug 2024, Lite 4G, Prime 4G, Mega 5G and Super 5G SIM-only plans will be removed and no new sign-ups will be accepted, but existing customers on these plans will not be affected.
- [FUP] Due to a recent increase in SMS-based scams, all of the aforementioned plans have a daily SMS limit of 300, as per our fair usage policy.
- [Obligation] By subscribing to ZYM Mobile, you agree to the full T&Cs written here
- [Obligation] Subscribers with ZYM Mobile's no-contract plans must remain subscribed for a minimum of 2 months. Prorate period is considered as the first month. Porting out during this period is permitted. However, any subscription payments made will be non-refundable.
- [Number Port] Usually, it takes up to 5 working days to port-in a phone number from existing Telco to ZYM. From time to time, a subscriber's port-in may be delayed / fail due to many reasons, such as incorrect customer information, technical issues, or delays on the part of the previous carrier. In the event of a port-in failure, ZYM Mobile is not liable for any delay or inconvenience caused. No refund / compensation shall be considered. Know more about common Port-in failure here
- [Number Port] Subscriber's port-in number must fulfill the obligation(s) from your existing Telco. ZYM Mobile is not liable for any early termination charges, or other related fee, imposed by your existing Telco. Know more about Port-in eligibility here
- [Number Port] Subscribers may port-out their number, but any prorated or advance fees are non-refundable, and port-out requests will be rejected if the subscriber is under contract, the mobile number is suspended or terminated, or there is an outstanding bill.
- [Billing] To avoid account suspension and eventually, termination, please ensure your outstanding bill is paid on time. If your account is terminated, you will not be able to retrieve back all mobile numbers associated with the account. To understand more on our billing cycles, refer to the FAQ here
- [IDD] Calling from Singapore to other countries must have a valid IDD plan to do so. For more info, refer here
- [Roaming] Roaming calls and SMS are chargeable. To view the rates and other T&Cs, read here
- [Pay-Per-Use] After exhausting your allocated local voice minutes and SMS, you will incur a charge of $0.05 (Excl. GST) for each additional minute and SMS used.
- [Blacklist] ZYM Mobile reserves the right to refuse service to customers who engage in excessive porting in and out activity.
- [Blacklist] ZYM Mobile may refuse service to customers with previous outstanding balances. To be eligible for service, customers must settle any outstanding amounts in full before reapplying.
- [Blacklist] ZYM Mobile reserves the right to refuse service to customers whose behavior is deemed harmful, or who are suspected of engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- [SIM Order] To ensure a smooth SIM activation process, customers MUST accurately enter their Name, NRIC/FIN number, and Date of Birth during the SIM card ordering process on www.zym.sg. These details will be used to verify the customer's identity at the time of SIM activation.
- [SIM Order] While you can cancel your SIM order by contacting ZYM customer care, kindly note that no refund will be issued if you chose SIM delivery (Drop into mailbox / Deliver to doorstep), as the order has already been processed.
- [SIM Order] If the customer provides incorrect personal or delivery information, they are responsible to reorder the SIM card again through the ZYM website (www.zym.sg). Refunds (if any) will not be issued for previous orders due to the order being already processed.
- (SIM Order) Please activate your SIM card within 14 days from date of order if you've opted for delivery to your mailbox or doorstep. After 14 days, the SIM card will expire and become unusable. However, if you opted for self-collection of SIM card, you must collect your SIM card within 14 days of ordering it. If you do not collect it by the deadline, ZYM Mobile will automatically cancel your order.
- [Promotion EXTENDED to 30 Nov 2024] New subscribers who activate any ZYM mobile plan between 17 Aug - 30 Sep 2024, will receive a $90 selected Samsung Tab eVoucher & $50 selected accessories eVoucher for Samsung watches & buds at 3 Samsung Experience Stores: Westgate, Plaza Singapura, or VivoCity.
