Request to suspend or terminate a number

Thinking about temporarily stopping / terminating your ZYM subscription? No problem!

Our customer care team is here to guide you through the process after a simple verification. Just contact them, and they can:

✅ Explain any termination charges, if applicable.
✅ Confirm the effective date of your termination / suspension.

Do take note that we may be asking you to provide the reason(s) for the request.

Suspension request
Please be aware that suspending your mobile number(s) requires you to contact customer service again for reactivation. Your billing will continue during the suspension period.

Termination is non-reversible
Termination of account and/or a mobile subscription is irreversible. That means you won't be able to retrieve your account / mobile number anymore.

Mobile App access
After the termination, If you have any active subscriptions remaining in your ZYM account, you'll still be able to use the mobile app to manage them. However, if there is no active subscription left, you won't be able to access your account in the mobile app anymore after 365 days.
