Block Int’l Incoming Calls / SMS
To protect you from frustrating and potentially risky international calls and SMS, including scams and spam, we've implemented enhanced controls. You now have the power to block or allow these incoming communications in ZYM Mobile App.

This is a required step in the SIM activation process for new customers to specify their preference for allowing or blocking incoming international calls and SMS. For existing customer it is optional.
Rest assured, blocking incoming international calls and SMS will not prevent you from making outgoing international calls or sending international SMS.
However, do take note that you are required to purchase a IDD add-on to make an outgoing international call from Singapore.
