Free 6-month Port-In Promotion Terms & Conditions
This promotion is exclusively for new ZYM customers who port their existing mobile number to the Roam Plus (4G) or Roam SMART (4G) plan from any operator not under the Singtel Network.
Eligibility & Promotion Mechanics
Eligible customers who successfully port in may qualify for:
6-Month Subscription Waiver
To Qualify: Select any telco other than Singtel and its MVNOs (Heya, Gomo, ViviFi, Zero1, CMLink) during the port-in process.
Waiver Details: Your monthly subscription fee will be charged for the first six (6) bills from your mobile number port-in date. The subscription fee will then be waived for the subsequent six (6) bills (from the 7th to the 12th bill inclusive).
Condition: All previous bills must be paid in full and on time by their respective due dates.
Post-Promotion: After the waiver period, the monthly subscription reverts to prevailing rates.
How to Qualify & Important Dates
To qualify for this promotion:
Order a SIM card from www.zym.sg OR sign up directly at a reseller outlet.
Activate your SIM to submit a port-in request between July 1st, 2025, and July 31st, 2025.
Your port-in must be successful by August 31st, 2025.
Payments
Upon successful SIM activation, a prorated amount and a one-month advance payment are required. This payment will be offset against your first prorated bill and the next month’s bill. This payment is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, even if the plan is terminated prematurely.
Additional Benefits
Free 5G Connectivity: Port-in your mobile number from any telco except Singtel, Heya, Gomo, ViviFi, Zero1, and CMLink to receive free 5G connectivity, valid for 90 days. This will be activated after successful port-in.
Important Conditions
Any subscription fee waiver provided is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to other ZYM account.
The promotional discount from Promo A or B will be immediately forfeited if the customer:
Ports out the mobile number from ZYM Mobile.
Changes the existing mobile plan.
Terminates the mobile service.
Initiates a Transfer of Ownership of the mobile service.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing ZYM Mobile’s promotions or offers.
Management Rights
ZYM’s management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
