Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
Eligibility
This eVoucher promotion (the “Promotion“) is exclusively available to new ZYM customers who either sign up for a new ZYM mobile plan or successfully port in their existing mobile number from another telecommunications provider to any ZYM mobile plan (collectively, “Eligible Customers“).
The qualifying period for sign-up or port-in is from 09 October 2025 until further notice.
eVoucher Details & Issuance
Eligible Customers will receive the following discount eVouchers:
$50 discount on any purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, Watch 7/8 or Samsung Galaxy Bud 3 or PRO.
$90 discount on any purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, S10+ and S10.
$50 discount on any purchase of a Google Pixel 10 series phone (e.g., Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and XL etc.).
The eVoucher(s) will be sent to the registered email address provided by the customer during the sign-up or port-in process. The eVoucher(s) will be issued and sent within five (5) working days from the date of the successful sign-up or port-in activation.
Validity and Redemption
Each eVoucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date it is issued via email. Redemption must occur within this validity period. No extensions will be granted. Each Eligible Customer may redeem each type of eVoucher once only (e.g., one $50 Watch/Buds voucher, one $90 Tab voucher, and one $50 Pixel voucher).
Stacking: The eVoucher discounts are stackable with prevailing ZYM and/or third-party promotions offered at the time of redemption, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the retailer.
Redemption Locations: Redemption is only available at the specific, selected store locations listed below. Redemption cannot be done online or at any other store.
Redemption Stores for Samsung Galaxy Watch, Buds, and Tab ($50 / $90 Discount): Samsung Experience Store at Jem / Plaza Singapura / Vivocity / Bedok Mall / Serangoon Nex
Redemption Stores for Google Pixel 10 Phone Series ($50 Discount): Junction 8 / Orchard ION / Harbourfront / Compass One
Product Availability and Specification
Stock Availability: A clause stating that the discount is “subject to product availability at the respective retail stores.” This protects ZYM and the retailer if a product is out of stock, preventing customer disappointment and demands for rainchecks or alternative compensation.
Model Exclusions: Clarifying if the discount applies to all models in the series or if there are any specific exclusions (e.g., “Discount does not apply to refurbished or pre-owned units”).
Price Fluctuations: A clause stating that the “final discounted price is determined by the retailer at the point of sale.” This manages customer expectations if the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) changes
Other Conditions
Product Availability: The redemption of the eVoucher is strictly subject to the stock availability of the specific product (Samsung Galaxy Watch/Buds/Tab or Google Pixel 10 series phone) at the respective authorised retail store locations listed. ZYM does not guarantee stock levels.
Model Exclusions: The discount may not apply to refurbished, pre-owned, or non-commercial/enterprise models, where applicable. Customers should check with the authorised retailer at the point of sale.
Proof of Eligibility: The Eligible Customer must present the eVoucher (electronic or printed) and may be required to show a valid form of identification and/or proof of their active ZYM mobile plan agreement at the redemption counter to verify eligibility.
Plan Cancellation: If the Eligible Customer’s ZYM mobile plan is terminated, suspended, or disconnected for any reason before the eVoucher is issued or redeemed, the customer’s eligibility for the Promotion shall be immediately revoked, and the eVoucher will be considered void.
Lost, Stolen, or Deleted Vouchers: ZYM is not responsible for any eVoucher that is lost, stolen, deleted, or otherwise rendered unusable after issuance. No replacement eVouchers will be issued.
Single Transaction Use: The full value of the discount must be utilised in a single transaction for the purchase of an eligible product. Any unutilised value of the discount is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
General Terms and Disclaimers
The eVoucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or credit, and must be presented at the point of purchase.
Limitation of Liability & Product Warranty: ZYM is a provider of telecommunication services only and is not the manufacturer or seller of the Samsung or Google products. ZYM makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the devices. All product warranties, servicing, and technical support inquiries must be directed to the respective device manufacturer or the authorised retailer.
Fraud and Misuse: ZYM reserves the right to withhold, revoke, suspend, or refuse the redemption of any eVoucher where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse, or a violation of these T&Cs.
In the event of a dispute, ZYM’s decision shall be final and binding. ZYM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these T&Cs and the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
