These Terms and Conditions govern the ZYM Sign-Up Promotion and the use of the associated eVouchers. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

The promotion offers $90 Samsung Tab eVoucher, $50 accessories eVoucher, and $50 Google Pixel 10 eVoucher (collectively, “eVouchers”) to all new customers who successfully sign up or port over to any eligible ZYM Mobile plan. All mobile plans displayed on www.zym.sg are eligible for this promotion.

The promotion is valid until further notice and is a limited-time offer available while stocks last. ZYM reserves the right to change the offer at any time.

eVoucher Issuance

New ZYM subscribers will receive the eVouchers via their registered email address within five (5) business days after the date of SIM card activation. The email will contain the eVoucher(s) and detailed instructions on how to use them. Existing ZYM customers are also eligible for the same discount entitlement. To redeem, existing customers must head down to a participating retail store, present their active ZYM App or ZYM mobile number to a Sales Representative, and request the promotion. No eVoucher will be issued to existing customers; the discount will be granted upon verification of their active subscription.

eVoucher Redemption & Validity

Validity Period: The eVouchers will expire thirty (30) days after the date the eVoucher email is sent to your registered email address, or if redemption stocks are depleted, whichever comes first. Example: If the eVoucher email is received on December 7, 2024, the eVoucher is valid until January 6, 2025.

Active Subscription: You must maintain an active ZYM mobile subscription at the time of redemption to be eligible for this offer.

Redemption Proof: You must present the eVoucher to a Sales Representative at the respective participating store upon redemption. You may also be asked to show your active ZYM mobile number as proof of your customer status.

Redemption Value: The eVoucher holds a specific value that can only be used towards the eligible products listed below.

Non-Transferable & Non-Stackable: The eVoucher cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other alternatives. The eVoucher is not stackable with any other prevailing promotions, discounts, or offers at the mentioned retail stores.

B. $90 Samsung Tab eVoucher: Eligible Devices (Prices reflect eVoucher discount, inclusive of GST): Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G / WIFI, Galaxy Tab S10+ 5G / WIFI, Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra 5G / WIFI

Participating Stores (5 Samsung Experience Stores only): Plaza Singapura, J.E.M, VivoCity, Bedok Mall and Serangoon Nex

C. $50 Samsung Accessories eVoucher: Eligible Accessories (Prices reflect eVoucher discount, inclusive of GST): Galaxy Buds 3 or PRO version, Galaxy Watch Ultra, 47MM LTE, Galaxy Watch 7 BT/LTE (40/40MM), Galaxy Watch 8 BT/LTE (40/40MM), Galaxy Watch 8 Classic 46MM BT/LTE

Participating Stores (5 Samsung Experience Stores only): Plaza Singapura, J.E.M, VivoCity, Bedok Mall and Serangoon Nex

Important Note: Customers are responsible for redeeming the respective eVoucher at the correct participating retail store as specified above. Redemption stocks are limited.
