Welcome Back Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion is a limited-time offer (valid until 16 November 2025) from ZYM Mobile and is subject to change at our discretion. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

General Promotion Details

This promotion is for any returning ZYM Mobile ex-Subscribers and applies to the ZYM Mobile Roam Plus 4G and Smart 5G plan, which have a full monthly subscription fee of $10.10 and $15.10 respectively.

Customers will be eligible for either Promotion A or Promotion B:

Customers will be required to pay for the first two months, which includes prorated charges for the first month and the full subscription fee for the second month. The free months are applied as a full monthly subscription discount during the designated discount periods. This discount applies only to the base Roam Plus 4G and Roam Smart 5G plan subscription fee. Customers remain responsible for all other charges, including but not limited to, charges for any add-on services, value-added services, and pay-per-use charges.

Promotion A: Port-In Promotion (6 Free Months)

For ex-Subscribers placing SIM card orders online at www.zym.sg with a valid promo code “IMBACK“. The order must be placed by 16 Nov 2025, and the successful port-in must be completed by 15 Dec 2025. 

This offer is exclusively for ex-Subscribers who switch (port in) their existing postpaid mobile number to ZYM Mobile’s Roam Plus 4G and Smart 5G plan. Furthermore, the ported number must originate from a non-Singtel network operator in Singapore. For the purpose of this promotion, non-Singtel network operators include all Singapore telco operators except for the following networks: Singtel, Gomo, Heya, ViviFi, Zero1, and CMLink.

Promotion Benefits: This promotion provides an additional monthly 200GB Local Singapore Data and a total of six (6) free months of subscription. You will be required to pay the full monthly fee for the first six months (including the prorated and full charges for months 1 and 2, and the full subscription fee for months 3 through 6). The six free months will then be applied as a full monthly subscription discount for the 7th to 12th month of your subscription. 

Promotion B: New Number Promotion (3 Free Months)

For ex-Subscribers placing SIM card orders online at www.zym.sg with a valid promo code “IMBACK“. The order must be placed by 16 Nov 2025, and the successful SIM activation must be completed by 15 Dec 2025.

This offer is exclusively for ex-Subscribers who sign up for a new ZYM mobile number to ZYM Mobile’s Roam Plus 4G and Smart 5G plan. 

Promotion Benefits: This promotion provides an additional monthly 200GB Local Singapore Data and a total of three (3) free months of subscription. You will be required to pay the full monthly fee for the first six months (including the prorated and full charges for months 1 and 2, and the full subscription fee for months 3). The three free months will then be applied as a full monthly subscription discount for the 4th to 6th month of your subscription. 

Ineligibility for Both Promotions

The following individuals are not eligible for either promotion:

Existing ZYM Mobile subscribers.

Existing ZYM Mobile subscribers who have terminated their service on or after 27 Oct 2025, and attempt to re-register to benefit from the promotion.

Cessation of Free Months
Your entitlement to the free months under either promotion will cease immediately under the following circumstances: Change of Plan: If you change your subscribed plan to another plan offered by ZYM Mobile, Termination: If you terminate your subscribed plan for any reason, Change of Ownership: If you transfer the ownership of your subscribed plan to another person.

Other Conditions
ZYM Mobile reserves the right to amend, update, or elaborate on these Terms & Conditions at any time. ZYM Mobile’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding. In the event of any dispute, the prevailing party will be ZYM Mobile. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
