By participating in the ZYM Golden Number Special, customers agree to the following terms:

Promotion Period & Eligibility

Commencement: This promotion commences on 18 March 2026 and is valid while Golden Number stocks last.

Plan Requirement: Strictly applicable to new ZYM number sign-ups for the Roam Smart 5G+ plan only.

Availability: Available only at Samsung Experience Store at JEM, Vivocity, Plaza Singapura, Bedok Mall, Serangoon Nex or ZYM HQ at 53 Ubi Crescent. No reservation of Golden Numbers is allowed; issuance is on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment.

Billing & Discount Structure

Initial Payment: Standard prorated charges and advance bill collection apply at the point of sign-up. The Golden Number purchase fee is a one-time upfront payment.

Activation of Free Months: The free subscription period begins from the 3rd month of active service.

Scope of Benefit: The “Free Month” applies exclusively to the base monthly subscription fee ($15.10/month) of the Roam Smart 5G+ plan.

Pay-Per-Use Charges: Any additional usage—including Roaming Voice/SMS, International SMS (IDD), or data add-ons beyond the plan bundle—is not included in the free subscription and will be billed to the customer monthly.

Resumption of Billing: Once the total number of entitled free months is exhausted, the standard monthly subscription of $15.10 will resume and be billed to the customer automatically.

Payment Default & Irreversible Termination

Outstanding Usage: Customers are responsible for paying for any additional add-on purchase or per-per-use usage (e.g., IDD/Roaming) even during the free subscription period.

Termination: If a line is terminated due to an unpaid bill, the termination is final. The Golden Number cannot be retrieved, and all remaining free months will be forfeited immediately.

Forfeiture & Portability

Loss of Benefits: All remaining free months will be voided if the customer: Changes Plan: Upgrades or downgrades from the Roam Smart 5G+ plan. Ports Out: Transfers the number to another telco. Terminates: Closes the mobile line account.

No Cash Value: Free months are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credited toward other ZYM services.

General

ZYM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
