This promotion is valid for a limited time. By participating, customers agree to be bound by the following terms.

Eligibility

This promotion is exclusively for customers who successfully Port-In their mobile number to ZYM Mobile on the Roam SMART 5G ($15.10/mth) or Roam POWER 5G  ($22.10 /mth) plans.

Excluded Networks: This offer is NOT applicable to port-in requests from operators under the Singtel Network (e.g., Singtel, GOMO, Heya, ViviFi, Zero1, CMLink, etc.).

Promotional Benefits

Eligible customers will receive a monthly subscription discount of $15.10 applied during the 4th, 5th, and 6th months of service.

👉 Roam SMART 5G: Effective $15.10 discount on subscription for Months 4 – 6.
👉 Roam POWER 5G: Effective $15.10 discount on subscription for Months 4 – 6.

Promotion Period & Deadlines

To qualify, customers must meet the following timelines:

👉 Online (eSIM) – Port-in initiated between 10 April – 22 April 2026. Port-in completed by 15 May 2026.
👉 Online (Physical SIM Order) – SIM order at zym.sg between 10 April – 22 April 2026.  Port-in initiated and completed by 15 May 2026.
👉 In-store  – Port-in initiated between 10 April – 22 April 2026. Port-in completed by 15 May 2026.

Payment & Billing Cycle

Initial Payment: Upon SIM activation, a prorated amount plus a one-month advance payment is required.

Offsetting: This initial payment will be applied to the first prorated bill and the second month’s full subscription bill.

Discount Scope: The promotional discount applies strictly to the monthly plan subscription fee only.

Pay-Per-Use Charges: Customers remain fully liable for all non-subscription charges, including but not limited to: Roaming voice/SMS charges (outside of plan bundles), and Value-Added Services (Add-ons).

Billing Sequence:

✅ 1st Month: Prorated fee
✅ 2nd & 3rd Month: Standard subscription fees
✅ 4th, 5th, & 6th Month: Promotional discount of $15.10 applied to the subscription fee
✅ 7th Month onwards: Standard subscription fees

Important Conditions & Forfeiture

The promotional discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The benefit will be immediately forfeited if the customer performs any of the following before the 6th month discount is applied:

Ports out from ZYM Mobile, Changes the existing mobile plan (Upgrade/Downgrade), Terminates the service or initiates a Transfer of Ownership.

Management Rights

ZYM Mobile Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.
