• Roam SMART 5G+ ($15.10/mth): Get FREE 3 Months subscription (applied on Months 4, 5, and 6).

• Roam PLUS 4G ($10.10/mth): Get FREE 3 Months subscription (applied on Months 4, 5, and 6).

• Roam SAVER 4G ($7.77/mth): Get FREE 1 Month subscription (applied on Month 3).

Terms & Conditions

This promotion is valid for a limited time. By participating, customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• This promotion is exclusively for customers who successfully Port-In their mobile number to ZYM Mobile on the Roam SMART 5G+, Roam PLUS 4G, or Roam SAVER 4G plans.

• Excluded Networks: This offer is NOT applicable to port-in requests originating from network operators using the Singtel Network (including but not limited to: Singtel, GOMO, Heya, ViviFi, Zero1, CMLink, etc.).

2. Promotional Benefits

Eligible customers will receive a monthly subscription discount corresponding to their chosen plan, applied as follows:

• Roam SMART 5G+ ($15.10 plan): A full monthly subscription discount of $15.10 will be applied during the 4th, 5th, and 6th months of continuous service.

• Roam PLUS 4G ($10.10 plan): A full monthly subscription discount of $10.10 will be applied during the 4th, 5th, and 6th months of continuous service.

• Roam SAVER 4G ($7.77 plan): A full monthly subscription discount of $7.77 will be applied during the 3rd month of continuous service.

3. Promotion Period & Deadlines

To qualify for this promotion, customers must meet the following timelines:

• Online (eSIM): Port-in must be initiated between 8 June 2026 – 30 June 2026 and successfully completed by 31 July 2026.

• Online (Physical SIM Order): The SIM card order must be placed at zym.sg between 8 June 2026 – 30 June 2026. Port-in must be initiated and successfully completed by 31 July 2026.

• In-store: Port-in must be initiated between 8 June 2026 – 30 June 2026 and successfully completed by 31 July 2026.

4. Payment & Billing Cycles

Initial Payment & Offsetting

• Upon SIM activation, a prorated amount for the current month plus a one-month advance payment is required.

• This initial payment will be applied to offset your first prorated bill and your second month’s full subscription bill.

Discount Scope

• The promotional discount applies strictly to the base monthly plan subscription fee.

• Pay-Per-Use Charges: Customers remain fully liable for all non-subscription charges. This includes, but is not limited to, roaming voice/SMS charges incurred outside of plan bundles and any Value-Added Services (Add-ons).

5. Important Conditions & Forfeiture

• The promotional discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• The promotional is not stackable with any other prevailing “Free Months” promotion.

• The benefit will be immediately forfeited if the customer performs any of the following actions before or during the promotional discount months:

  • Ports out from ZYM Mobile.

  • Changes their existing mobile plan (either upgrading or downgrading).

  • Terminates the mobile service.

  • Initiates a Transfer of Ownership.

6. Management Rights

ZYM Mobile Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.
