• Data Backup: Customers are required to back up all personal data prior to visiting the service centre.
• Diagnostic/Labour Fee: A diagnostic/labour fee applies—$65.40 (inclusive of GST) for Samsung Galaxy S Series devices and $87.20 (inclusive of GST) for Samsung Galaxy Z Series devices. If no additional repair charges apply and only the $65.40 diagnostic/labour fee is payable, the $20 repair voucher may be used to offset this fee.
• Non-Exchangeable: The $20 voucher is non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other product or service.
