Yes. Due to security regulations, we cannot deliver to restricted or protected zones, including but not limited to:

👉Jurong Island, Tuas Link, Changi Cargo Complex
👉Army Camps, Country Clubs, Seletar Aerospace
👉Off-shore islands (e.g., Pulau Ubin, St. John’s Island, Sisters' Islands)
👉Shipyards, Powergrid, and other restricted areas under Singapore law.

Unless stated otherwise, we offer free standard delivery for all orders for all ZYM members.

If our courier cannot reach you on the first attempt, you shall be contacted by our delivery vendor (Ninja) for a re-scheduling. An additional re-delivery charge may apply for subsequent attempts.
