This promotion is valid for a limited time and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms.

 Eligibility

This promotion is exclusively for customers who successfully Port-In their mobile number to ZYM Mobile on the following plans:  Roam PLUS 4G,  Roam SMART 5G, Roam ECO 5G, or Roam POWER 5G. 

Excluded Networks: This offer is NOT applicable to port-in requests from operators under the Singtel Network, including but not limited to: Singtel, GOMO, Heya, ViviFi, Zero1, and CMLink.

Promotional Benefits

Eligible customers will receive a one-time subscription discount applied to their 3rd month of service as follows:

👉  Roam PLUS (4G) or Roam ECO (5G) for a $10.10 Discount 
👉  Roam SMART (5G) or Roam POWER (5G) for a $15.10 Discount

Promotion Period & Deadlines

To qualify for the discount, customers must meet the following timelines:

👉 Online Orders: SIM card must be ordered between 13 February – 3 March 2026. Port-in completion must be finalized by 31 March 2026.
👉 Offline/Physical Store: Port-in must be made between 13 February – 3 March 2026. Port-in completion must be finalized by 31 March 2026.

Payment & Billing Cycle

✅ Initial Payment: Upon SIM activation and port-in submission, a prorated amount plus a one-month advance payment is required.
✅ Offsetting: This initial payment will be offset against the first prorated bill and the second month’s full subscription bill.
✅ Refund Policy: All advance payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, regardless of whether the plan is terminated prematurely.

✅ Billing Sequence: 
– 1st Month: Prorated fee.
– 2nd Month: Standard subscription fee.
– 3rd Month: Promotional discount applied.
– 4th Month onwards: Standard subscription fees apply.

Important Conditions & Forfeiture

The promotional discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The benefit will be immediately forfeited if the customer performs any of the following before the discount is applied:

Ports out the mobile number from ZYM Mobile, Changes the existing mobile plan (Upgrade/Downgrade), Terminates the mobile service or Initiates a Transfer of Ownership of the mobile service. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing ZYM Mobile promotions, vouchers, or offers.

Management Rights

ZYM Mobile Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.
