1. Promotion Period & Eligibility

• Promotion Period: 21 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive), or while stocks last.

• Eligibility: This double saving promotion is open exclusively to new sign up and existing ZYM Mobile subscribers.

• The Promotion: Buy Samsung Galaxy A37 (256GB) or Samsung Galaxy A57 (256GB) gets 15/12/8 months of free ZYM mobile subscription, depending on your subscribed SIM plan. 

2. Device Discount

Customers who purchase a qualifying Samsung device at participating reseller venues are entitled to the following promotional pricing:

3. Subscription Benefit: New Subscribers

New subscribers who purchase a qualifying device and either sign up for a new SIM number or port-in an existing number from another operator can enjoy up to 15 months of free subscription under the following tiers:

⚠️ Important Note for New Users: New registrations remain fully liable for any upfront prorated charges and advance billing subscription fees. The promotional free months will strictly commence from Month 3 onwards.

4. Subscription Benefit: Existing Subscribers

Existing ZYM Mobile subscribers who purchase a qualifying device will also receive up to 15 months of free subscription under the following tiers:

⚠️ Important Note for Existing Users: The discount shall be applied on the next available billing invoice onwards.

5. General Restrictions & Limitations

• Credit & Promotion Application: Free subscription months are applied monthly to offset the monthly plan subscription fee for one (1) specific mobile number per eligible device purchased.

• Stacking Allowed via Multiple Purchases: Both new and existing ZYM Mobile subscribers may purchase multiple eligible devices. Unlike standard promotions, the free subscription months earned from multiple device purchases can be stacked and accumulated onto a single mobile number. There is no limit on the number of eligible devices an individual can purchase to stack these benefits.

• Exclusivity (Non-Stackable with Other Promos): This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other prevailing free-month or subscription promotions outside of this specific device purchase offer.

• Pay-Per-Use (PPU) Charges: The promotion covers only the base plan subscription fee. Subscribers remain fully liable for all Pay-Per-Use (PPU) charges, including but not limited to roaming calls, roaming SMS, and excess data usage.

• Plan Modification Forfeiture: Subscribers are strictly prohibited from changing or downgrading their subscription plan before or during the “free months” period. Doing so will result in the immediate forfeiture of all remaining promotional benefits.

• Non-Exchangeable: Free subscription months and bill credits are strictly non-exchangeable for cash, store credit, or any other alternative products/services.

• Availability & Rights: This promotion is available only while supplies last. ZYM Mobile reserves the right to terminate the offer early or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
