👉 You MUST have a valid IDD addon plan to dial overseas number from Singapore. To subscribe a plan, go to ZYM Mobile app > Addon plan.

👉 Once you've got a IDD addon plan, simply dial 019 on your mobile phone.

👉 Try to restart your device and try again.
