There are few common reasons behind this.

👉 During SIM activation, you've registered with another email address.
👉 During SIM activation, there was a typo in your email address.
👉 Our system takes up to 24hrs to sync your profile after SIM activation.

A friendly reminder
After activating your ZYM SIM card, you may need to wait up to 24 hours before logging in to the ZYM Mobile App. If you're still unable to log in after 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.

This is perfectly normal.

If you've just subscribed an account or new mobile subscription with ZYM, our system may take up to 24hrs to sync your profile. Please try again 1 day later. If a problem persists, reach out to us immediately.

It's also possible that your mobile subscription(s) has been terminated.

Sometimes, it could be due to the high volume of requests that resulted in "traffic jam" in our OTP system. Please do try again in 20 mins.

To ensure the security of your account, updating personal information within the ZYM Mobile app is currently unavailable. However, you can easily update your details by contacting ZYM Customer Care directly. They will be happy to assist you.

To update to a new email address,
Login to ZYM Mobile app > Choose Profile > Update email address

Don't worry if your device isn't compatible with the App Store or Play Store. Our ZYM customer care team is happy to assist you with manually installing the app via an APK file.

Absolutely! You can easily set up automatic recurring payments in the ZYM mobile app.

👉 Open the app and go to "My Bill."
👉 There, you'll find the option to add or update your credit/debit card information.

We currently support Visa and Mastercard for automatic payments.

Once you've added your card, you'll be able to choose automatic recurring billing as your payment method, and you'll never have to worry about missing a payment again!

To remove a saved card, login to ZYM Mobile App > Go to”My Bill” to remove or update to a new card.
