How to self activate a simcard?

Activating a ZYM SIM card is as easy as ABC!

Step 1: Download ZYM Mobile App
👉For iOS users, get it here Appstore
👉For Android users, get it here Playstore.

Step 2: Kick start SIM activation process
In ZYM Mobile App's login page > Select Activate SIM to enter your registered NRIC / FIN no. and 15 digits simcard no.

Step 3: Confirm your plan
Confirm your subscription plan and choose to sign up for a new number or Port-in your existing number.

Last step: Complete the SIM activation
Verify yourself using Singpass and completed the payment with a valid credit / debit card payment (We accept all VISA and MASTERCARD only)

For existing ZYM subscribers who already logged in ZYM Mobile App, please log out the app so you may start your new SIM activation.

After you've activated the SIM card, you should receive an email on your Service Agreement.

Unfortunately, a valid Singpass account is required as part of online identity verification requirement for online self-activation.

What you can do is to bring the SIM card you received from our HQ. Do remember to bring along the physical copy of NRIC / FIN for verification purposes.

A friendly reminder: The delivery fee (if any) paid earlier is not refundable and collection on behalf is strictly not allowed due to security reasons.

Unfortunately, a valid Visa or Master Debit/Credit card is required to complete the registration.

Luckily, the cash option is available. You may bring the SIM card you've received from us to our HQ. Our friendly sales representatives will help you activate it. Do remember to bring along the physical copy of NRIC / FIN for verification purposes.

This is uncommon, but it happens.

We apologize that there may be an error with your SIM card, possibly due to a mistake during the packing process. Alternatively, you may have a typo error on the particulars during your SIM order.
