How to buy or remove Addon?
By default, each subscriber who signs up for a ZYM Mobile plan is given 4 default add-ons for free.
👉 Caller ID Display - Allows your phone number to display in receiver's phone.
👉 Roam Ready - Allows you to able use data when internationally.
👉 IDD Ready - Allows you to make an outgoing international call or SMS.
👉 5G Ready - Only for 5G subscriber, this add-on transforms all your existing local 4G data into 5G connectivity.
👉 5G Ready (90D) - Only for 5G subscriber, this add-on transforms all your existing local 4G data into 5G connectivity for 90 days.

Yes, the following default add-ons can be removed upon your request. However, it is not advisable to do so.
👉 Remove Roam Ready - You shall no longer able to use data, call and SMS internationally.
👉 Remove IDD Ready - You shall no longer be able to make an outgoing international call / SMS from Singapore, though you may still receive incoming international calls / SMS.
👉5G Ready - You shall no longer be able to access 5G network in Singapore (Even though you are using a 5G plan)
If you really wish to remove any of the above mentioned add-on, please contact ZYM Cuscare.

As of now, the only way to buy an addon to your existing subscription plan is through ZYM Mobile app.
We understand you want to remove an add-on from your ZYM plan. While we're currently developing a self-service option (DIY feature) for add-on removal in the future, it's not available yet.
