Our delivery partner will get in touch with you to reschedule if you missed your delivery time slot. Please be aware, though, that additional delivery fees should be charged. So it's best to avoid missing your delivery.
Yes, after receiving our delivery partner's email, you may ask them to adjust the delivery time or address. However, please take note that separate fee shall be imposed by our delivery partner on such rescheduling.
