There is a $5.00 SIM delivery fee within Singapore, inclusive of GST. Delivery outside of Singapore is not available at this time.

If you've selected to have the SIM card delivered to your home, you may anticipate receiving it on the date and within the hour specified by our delivery partner, right at your door.

👉 For delivery, you may assign anyone to pick up on your behalf.

Before the SIM card is delivered, our delivery partner may contact you on the delivery status via Email / SMS.

Currently, our delivery times range from one to three business days.

We are sorry that we are unable to provide order tracking at this time. Rest assured that we're constantly improving our service. However, we're happy to let you know that our delivery partner will let you know via email & SMS about the status of your order.

You may get in touch with our delivery partner as soon as you recieve their SMS / email on the delivery status. To reschedule, an additional delivery fee of a minimal of $7.50 is chargeable by our Delivery partner. So it's best to avoid missing your delivery.

Yes, after receiving our delivery partner's email / SMS, you may ask them to adjust the delivery time or address. However, please take note that separate fee of a minimal of $7.50 shall be imposed by our delivery partner on such rescheduling.

Alternatively, you can designate someone to pick up your SIM card on your behalf if you are unable to attend your scheduled delivery time.
