About Local call or sms

Yes. You'll be charged for continued usage based on pay-per-use.
✅ $0.05 per local min (Incl. of GST)
✅ $0.05 per sms (Incl. of GST)

If you are currently in Singapore,
✅ Incoming international call is Free.
✅ To dial international call, you MUST purchase an IDD plan to do so.

If you are currently in Singapore,
✅ Incoming sms from overseas is Free.
✅ Outgoing sms to any destination is $0.18 per sms.

This is as easy as pie! If you are a already a ZYM subscriber, you may buy an addon plan with local min or sms in ZYM Mobile App.

In ZYM Mobile app, go to Plan / Addon to buy a Local addon plan of your choice

✅ Restart your phone to see if it helps
✅ Ensure your device's airplane mode is OFF.
✅ Make sure your phone signal strength is strong (Do try out different locations)
✅ Swap your SIM to another device to test if its device / SIM faulty issue
✅ Ensure your Mobile APN is set to" e-ideas"
✅ Login to ZYM Mobile app to check if your account is suspended
✅ Ensure your device's setting is not "Do Not Disturb"
✅ Check if the particular number is not "Blocked / barred" by you
✅ Check your device to ensure your call is not under "forwarding"
