You have 2 ways to do it. Either upgrade to a higher tier SIM subscription plan or purchase an addon.

To upgrade a plan - Contact ZYM Customer care @ WhatsApp 804040.
To get more Talktime / SMS addon - Login to ZYM Mobile app > Addon.

Before you contact ZYM Customer care for assistance, a basic troubleshooting must just do the trick.

✅ Restart your phone to see if it helps
✅ Ensure your device's airplane mode is OFF.
✅ Make sure your phone signal strength is strong (Do try out different locations)
✅ Swap your SIM to another device to test if its device / SIM faulty issue
✅ Ensure your Mobile APN is set to" e-ideas"
✅ Login to ZYM Mobile app to check if your account is suspended
✅ Ensure your device's setting is not "Do Not Disturb"
✅ Check if the particular number is not "Blocked / barred" by you
✅ Check your device to ensure your call is not under "forwarding"
