To enjoy additional monthly 100GB/month local data for 12 months and 5G connectivity forever, your port in number MUST BE from a non-Singtel Network.
After your number port in to our network is completed, you should expect both add-ons to be added to your Roam SMART Plan within five (5) days.
If you don't receive the add-ons within 5 days after successfully transferring your number to us, it means either the transfer wasn't completed, the transfer was from a Singtel network, or there was an error in our system.

✅ However, if your current plan's monthly fee is higher, a $10.90 (including GST) administrative fee will apply for a switch of plan.
