About Roaming calls/sms and rates
Yes, you will be charged for roaming incoming / outgoing calls when you are outside of Singapore.
It is best to use messaging app like WhatsApp, Line, WeChat etc. when you are roaming outside of Singapore. These calls are free over Wi-Fi or data, so you will not be charged for them.

You will not be charged for incoming SMS when you are outside of Singapore. However, you will be charged for outgoing roaming SMS.

If you are currently out of Singapore (Except Malaysia)
✅ Incoming call is charged at $2.00 per minute.
✅ Outgoing call is charged at $5.00 per minute.
