Get SIM via Self-collection

No waiting necessary!

You can pick up your SIM card immediately at your pre-selected venue within 14 days from date of order starting from the day you've ordered.

Simple! Just 2 things...

✅ Your NRIC / FIN card (Physical or Digital)
✅ Yourself!

Due to verification and activation procedures, unfortunately, collecting a SIM card on behalf of someone else is not permitted. The person who ordered the SIM card must be present to claim and activate it with the help of a sales representative

Just a friendly reminder, your new SIM card needs to be activated within 14 days from date of order!

If you encounter any delays, no worries, just reach out to our ZYM customer care team via WhatsApp at 80404040 and we'll be happy to extend the validity for you. (T&Cs apply)

Yes. As part of security measurement, each SIM order must be activated within 14 days.

If you fail to collect your SIM card within this period of time, the SIM order will no longer be valid.

Our collection venues are all synced. So, change your mind all you want – if you decide to collect your SIM card from 1 venue to another, our system will seamlessly update your order and get you connected without a hitch.
