Sign up / Port-in
Anyone over the age of 18 can sign up for a ZYM mobile plan through our retail locations and partner stores, as well as on our online website at www.zym.sg. All you need is a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card, and a Singpass.
You may sign-up ZYM in our official retail outlets or at any of our reseller points. Check out these popular ZYM retail outlets.

Anyone at least 18 years old can sign up for ZYM mobile plans, both locals and visitors. All you need is a valid NRIC/FIN, a Mastercard or Visa credit, debit, or cash card, and Singpass.
Note: You must have at least 6-month of pass validity to sign up ZYM mobile plan.

The number of ZYM mobile lines you can sign up for is 6. It's best to stick to what you can handle, though. Please take note that if you wish to sign more than 6 lines, you are required to provide ZYM Cuscare for extra information.
Absolutely, as long as you have a Singpass. However, please bear in mind you need to be of a min. age 18 before you can sign up for a mobile line with us.
Of course! During sign-up, just let us know your phone number, and we'll take care of the rest.
Do remember the following:
👉The mobile line must be a Postpaid mobile lin registered with your NRIC/FIN.
👉The mobile line must have no outstanding balances with your current Telco.
👉The mobile line must be an active line, not suspended /terminated.
All prorated and upfront advance fees will not be returned in the event that your port-in fails or is unsuccessful for the aforementioned reasons.
Please be aware that the number you requested to port in may be interrupted on the actual port-in day. This is completely normal, and it typically takes 1 to 4 hours for your port-in number to activate.

Do not cancel your mobile plan with your current Telco, please. When signing up, just let us know your current phone number, and we'll finish the procedure for you.
It costs nothing at all to transfer your phone number to ZYM. However, keep in mind that Early Termination Charges will apply if you have a contractual term with your current Telco, so make sure that your mobile plan and value-added services are not still under contract with your existing telco.
If you choose to have the SIM card delivered to you, the port-in process will be triggered as soon as you receive the SIM card from our delivery partner. The actual port-in may take 1-3 working days to be processed.
If you choose to port in at any of our reseller outlets, the port-in process will be triggered immediately. The actual port-in may take 1-3 working days to be processed.
Do take note that ZYM mobile shall not be liable for any delay or penalty that may incurred in any circumstances of failure of Port-in request.

After SIM activation, you shall receive the method /location to redeem your free gift(s) within the below stipulated period in your registered email.
