Sign up a new number

You may sign up for a new number to any of our SIM-only plans shown in in www.zym.sg.

ZYM Mobile has a hassle-free online sign up process.

Step 1: Order a SIM card in www.zym.sg.
Choose to have it deliver to you via your mailbox or doorstep.

Step 2: Download ZYM Mobile App
While waiting for your SIM card to arrive, download ZYM Mobile App in Appstore or Playstore. You will need it to self-activate the SIM card later.

Step 3: Activate the SIM card
Once you've got the SIM card, follow the instruction on the SIM pack to kick start the SIM activation process. From there you may choose to sign up for a new number or port-in your existing number. Once done, your SIM subscription shall be activated almost instantly.

A friendly reminder
To verify your identity during sign-up, you'll need a Singpass. Payment can be made with a valid Visa or Mastercard.

Method 2: Order a SIM online first, choose self-collection
Order a SIM card at www.zym.sg and choose the self-collection option for your simcard. Upon arrival at the collection venue, our sales representative will be available to assist you with SIM card activation.

A friendly reminder
For verification purposes, please bring your original NRIC or FIN, either physically or digitally. When choosing self-collection, please note that due to security reasons, collecting on someone else's behalf is strictly not allowed.

(If you have chosen to sign up directly from our reseller outlets) Other than the subscription fee, it costs you nothing to sign up for a ZYM Mobile subscription plan.

There are no additional fees besides the mobile subscription itself.

If you choose to first order a simcard via our website and choose either to have the simcard deliver right to your doorstep or drop into mailbox, there will be delivery fee besides the mobile subscription itself.

Anyone over the age of 18, with a valid NRIC / FIN can sign up for a ZYM subscription.

Anyone at least 18 years old can sign up a ZYM subscription, both locals and visitors as long as you meet the below criteria.

✅ Having a valid NRIC / FIN or Singpass
✅ For non-singaporean / PR, you must have at least 6-month of Pass validity

Under regulation, the max number of ZYM subscription per NRIC / FIN is 10.

It's best to stick to what you can handle, though.

While we do not accept corporate mobile lines, we do welcome corporate individual lines though.

Absolutely, as long as you have a valid NRIC / FIN or Singpass. However, please bear in mind you need to be of a min. age 18 before you can sign up for a ZYM Mobile subscription plan.

If you are a foreigner, a valid work pass with at least 6-month validity is compulsory.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and if you've given ZYM a chance and decided it's not the ideal match for you, we're here to help you move on.

You can terminate your plan and port out your number after 2 months, as per our Terms and Conditions (Minimal subscription for a non-contract plan is 2-month).

This is because we believe in giving our customers ample time to experience the ZYM difference before making a decision.

However, in case of exceptional circumstances that necessitate termination or porting out before the 2-month period, we may consider your request. Please be advised that any subscription fees paid upfront / roaming service utilisation charges are strictly non-refundable / waiverable.
