SIM Delivery

If you are ordering a SIM card from us via online (www.zym.sg), there are 3 options to choose from.

✅ Self-collection at selected retail outlets, 11AM - 8PM (Free)
✅ Drop into Mailbox within 3 working days ($3)
✅ Deliver to Doorstep on my selected date / time ($8)

Above Mentioned options are all inclusive of prevailing GST.

Upon successful order of SIM card via www.zym.sg, you shall recieve a SIM order confirmation email. In the email stated, you should receive your SIM card in the mailbox address you provided within 3 business days (Exclude weekends and P.H) from the date you ordered the SIM card online.

✅ While waiting for the SIM card to arrive, download ZYM Mobile app in Playstore / Appstore first.
✅ Once you got the SIM card, go to ZYM Mobile app > Activate SIM to scan the 15 digit SIM card no, and your registered NRIC / FIN.
✅ Follow the step by step instruction to sign up a new number or port in your existing number to us.

Do take note that on the day you received the SIM card, you have 14 days to activate it before it goes expire.

If you do not receive the SIM card, please WhatsApp ZYM customer care at 80404040 to have it replaced (FOC).

Upon successful order of SIM card via www.zym.sg, you shall recieve a SIM order confirmation email. In the email stated, you should receive your SIM card by our delivery partner right to your doorstep on your stipulated date & time. Before actual delivery, you shall be informed on the status by our delivery partner through SMS or Email. You do not need to be there in person to collect your SIM card. You may assign someone else to collect it on your behalf.

✅ While waiting for the SIM card to arrive, download ZYM Mobile app in Playstore / Appstore first.
✅ Once you got the SIM card, go to ZYM Mobile app > Activate SIM to scan the 15 digit SIM card no, and your registered NRIC / FIN.
✅ Follow the step by step instruction to sign up a new number or port in your existing number to us.

Upon successful order of SIM card via www.zym.sg, you shall receive a SIM order confirmation email. In the email stated, you may go to the SIM card collection venue anytime (11AM - 7.30PM). Our friendly sales rep will assist you to sign up a new / port in existing number.

However, do remember to bring the order confirmation email and your physical NRIC/FIN for verification.

Please be advised that you have 14 days from the date of your order to collect your SIM card. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order by ZYM Mobile.

Currently, our delivery times range from one to three business days.

We are sorry that we are unable to provide order tracking at this time. Rest assured that we're constantly improving our service. However, we're happy to let you know that our delivery partner will let you know via email & SMS about the status of your order.

The ability to modify personal information or delivery address depends on the status of your SIM card order. If you notify us of any changes on the same day you placed the order, we can update your information free of charge.

However, once the order has been processed beyond that day, any changes to personal information or delivery address will no longer be possible.

You will be responsible for reordering the SIM card through the ZYM website (www.zym.sg) and paying any applicable fees. Refunds will not be issued for previous orders due to the order being already processed.

We recommend selecting the self-collection option when reordering the SIM card to avoid additional delivery charges.

Oh dear, if you've had a change of heart about your ZYM SIM order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team via WhatsApp at 80404040. We're always here to help, but please be aware that if you chose the SIM delivery option, whether it's the mailbox drop or doorstep delivery, refunds will not be possible as your order has already been processed.
