Roam Plus 4G (Most popular)

There are 4 available plans that allow unused base data is roll over to next 1-month. (Not available for Roam Plus 4G and Roam Pro 5G plans)

Use case
👉 On Mid Feb 2023, you have subscribed to a Prime 4G plan with 80GB base + 20GB bonus local data.
👉 By end of Feb 2023, you used 30GB of Data (20GB on bonus local data & 10GB of Base local data), leaving you with an unused 70GB base data. All 70GB base data shall rollover to next month.
👉 This means that in Mar 2023, you will have a total of 170GB of local data (80GB base data + 20GB Bonus data + 70B rollover data).

Do remember at any point of time, only unused local base data is rollable to next 1-month.

ZYM Mobile has a hassle-free online sign up process.

Step 1: Order a SIM card in www.zym.sg.
Choose to have your simcard deliver to you via your mailbox or doorstep.

Step 2: Download ZYM Mobile App
While waiting for your SIM card to arrive, download ZYM Mobile App in Appstore or Playstore. You will need it to self-activate the SIM card later.

Step 3: Activate the SIM card
Once you've got the SIM card, follow the instruction on the SIM pack to kick start the SIM activation process. From there you may choose to sign up for a new number or port-in your existing number. Once done, your SIM subscription shall be activated almost instantly.

A friendly reminder
To verify your identity during sign-up, you'll need a Singpass. Payment can be made with a valid Visa or Mastercard.

If you opt to order a simcard online, the delivery options to have your simcard drop into your mailbox ($3) or deliver right to your doorstep ($8) are chargable. It's best to choose the self collection option if possible as it is free. 

Next, once you've collected your simcard, activation of ZYM mobile plan only requires the first month's prorated fee and the second month's subscription fee. There are no additional activation, SIM card, or other charges.

Having first and second month subscription already paid, you shall expect your next monthly bills to only take place on the third month onwards.

We understand your concern about extra charges.

The only fees you should typically pay are the current month's prorated charges plus the next month's advance charges. After completing your order, you'll receive a service agreement via email that clearly outlines these fees.

If the amount you're being charged is different, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team right away. We take such matters seriously and will investigate the situation. If the investigation outcome is positive, we will ensure customer's overcharged fee is refunded accordingly within 7 business days from date of report

ZYM Mobile is committed to fair pricing and ethical business practices. If we find a reseller consistently overcharging customers, we'll take appropriate action, which may include removing them from our authorized reseller list.

Anyone over the age of 18, with a valid NRIC / FIN can sign up for a ZYM subscription.

For non-singaporean, you must have at least 6-month of Pass validity to sign up for a ZYM Mobile plan.

Under regulation, the max number of ZYM subscription per NRIC / FIN is 10.

It's best to stick to what you can handle, though.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and if you've given ZYM a chance and decided it's not the ideal match for you, we're here to help you move on.

You can terminate your plan and port out your number after 2 months, as per our Terms and Conditions (Minimal subscription for a non-contract plan is 2-month).

This is because we believe in giving our customers ample time to experience the ZYM difference before making a decision.

However, in case of exceptional circumstances that necessitate termination or porting out before the 2-month period, we may consider your request. Please be advised that any subscription fees paid upfront / roaming service utilisation charges are strictly non-refundable / waiverable.
