Termination

Please be informed that you must submit a request for termination three days before the next billing. There will be no refund for the subsequent renewal if this 3-day window is missed or if the port-out was delayed due to issues with the Telco you are porting to.

Also keep in mind that, once you've requested termination, it won't happen until the end of the month. Until the time limit expires, you may still use the service.

However, unless you've made the required termination payment, a plan that is still subject to a contractual term cannot be canceled.

As long as it complies with the rules, you may. We suggest you to check it out with our Cuscare.
