How to transfer my number to another person?

Both new and existing account holder must visit a store in person for this ownership transfer (bring original ID or use Singpass)

Yes, there will be an admin charge of $10.90 inclusive of GST for each mobile number transfer from 1 person to another.

All account or mobile line transfers shall be completed by the end of each month.

For this unique situation, you must provide a Letter of Authorization signed by the account owner, along with valid documentation proving that he or she cannot be physically present.

Here's an example of letter of authorisation:

To ZYM Mobile,

I, [Your Name], holder of NRIC/ID [Your NRIC/ID no], hereby authorize the transfer of ownership of the mobile number [Your mobile number you wish to transfer] to the following party:

New Owner's NRIC/ID: [The new owner's NRIC/ID no]

New Owner's Full Residential Address: [The new owner's full residential address]

I understand and agree to this transfer and have no objection to the mobile number being registered under the new owner’s name. This authorization is given voluntarily and with full understanding of its implications.
