Free 5G+ Upgrade for new Non Singtel Port in

This “Port-In to Roam PLUS Get Free 5G+ Forever” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by ZYM Mobile.
The Promotion is a limited-time offer valid during the specified campaign period. ZYM Mobile reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
By participating in this Promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as ZYM Mobile’s General Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is strictly available to new customers who successfully complete a mobile number port-in request to ZYM Mobile’s Roam PLUS ($10.10/month) plan from 17 June – 31 July 2026.
Eligible Port-Ins: Only active, postpaid mobile numbers originating from non-Singtel network operators in Singapore are eligible. Eligible operators include, but are not limited to, M1, Maxx, Circles.Life, MyRepublic, StarHub, Eight, giga!, Uniq, redONE, SIMBA.
Excluded Networks: This Promotion strictly excludes any port-in requests originating from operators or Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) utilizing the Singtel network infrastructure. Applicants coming from the following networks are completely ineligible: Singtel, GOMO, heya / Hi, VIVIFI, Zero1, CMLink
This Promotion is not applicable to customers signing up for a brand-new ZYM Mobile number, or existing ZYM Mobile subscribers.

Eligible customers will receive a permanent, complimentary waiver of the standard 5G+ network access fee on their Roam PLUS plan.
Once customers’ numbers successfully transfers over, the benefits will be added to that eligible mobile number within 3 business days.
This waiver upgrades the subscriber’s network access from standard 4G LTE to 5G+ Standalone (SA) network speeds at zero additional monthly cost.
The term “Forever” specifies that the 5G+ network waiver will remain active for the entire continuous lifetime of the subscriber’s account on the Roam PLUS ($10.10/mo) plan.

To experience 5G+ Standalone speeds, the subscriber must: Utilize a 5G Standalone (SA) compatible smartphone device.
Utilize a ZYM 5G-ready physical SIM card or eSIM.
Be within a Singtel-powered 5G Standalone coverage area.
If the subscriber’s device or current location does not support 5G Standalone, the connection will automatically fall back to the standard 4G LTE network. ZYM Mobile makes no guarantees regarding maximum download/upload speeds, which are subject to environmental factors and network traffic.

The “Free 5G+ Forever” promotional waiver is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and tied strictly to the original registered NRIC/FIN of the applicant.
The promotional benefit will be immediately, permanently, and irreversibly forfeited if the subscriber performs any of the following actions at any point after activation: Initiates a change of mobile plan (including upgrading to a higher-tier plan or downgrading to a lower-tier plan), Initiates a Transfer of Ownership of the mobile line to another individual or entity, Terminate, suspend, or port out the mobile line from ZYM Mobile or In the event of a plan modification or line transfer, the mobile line will immediately revert to standard network rules or the default network speeds of the newly chosen plan.

Subscribers are required to pay the standard Roam PLUS subscription fee of $10.10/month (subject to prevailing taxes and initial registration/proration mechanics).
This Promotion only covers the base subscription fee component upgrading the line to 5G+. Subscribers remain fully liable for all other charges, including but not limited to pay-per-use roaming rates, international SMS, third-party add-ons, or excess usage charges.
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing ZYM Mobile promotions, vouchers, or base plan subscription discount campaigns, unless explicitly stated otherwise by ZYM Mobile management.
ZYM Mobile reserves the final right to interpret, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute, the decision of ZYM Mobile shall be final and binding.
