Promotion Period
Sign-up Period: The promotion is valid for new ZYM Mobile customers who sign up between 16 June 2025 and 06 October 2025 (inclusive).

Eligibility

General Eligibility: All new ZYM Mobile customers who sign up for a ZYM Mobile plan within the promotion period are eligible to participate.

Activation Requirement:

For customers who sign up at a physical store or through an authorized reseller, the SIM card must be successfully activated by 30 September 2025 to qualify for a lucky draw chance.

For customers who order a SIM card online via www.zym.sg, the SIM card must be successfully activated no later than 7 October 2025 (i.e., within 7 days after 30 September 2025) to be eligible for the lucky draw entry.

Exclusions: Employees of ZYM Mobile, their immediate family members, and any third-party companies involved in this promotion are not eligible to participate.

Lucky Draw Chances
Standard Entry: Every eligible new customer who signs up for a ZYM Mobile plan within the promotion period and meets the activation requirement will receive one (1) lucky draw chance.

Additional Chances (Online Orders): Customers who order their SIM card online at www.zym.sg and enter a valid promotional code during the sign-up process may be entitled to additional lucky draw chances. The number of additional chances, if any, will be specified with the respective promo code.

The Prize
Prize: The prize for this lucky draw is the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 (44mm) Bluetooth Version.

Total Winners: A total of five (5) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) unit of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 (44mm) Bluetooth Version.

Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable: The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods or services. The prize is subject to availability and ZYM Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value at its discretion without prior notice.

Lucky Draw and Winner Announcement
Draw Date: The lucky draw will be conducted within fifteen (15) working days after 30 September 2025.

Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email or phone call or whatsapp using the contact details provided during their sign-up. ZYM Mobile will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners.

Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond to the notification and provide a valid form of identification (e.g., NRIC/Singpass) within 30 days from date of notification to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stipulated time, or is found to be ineligible, ZYM Mobile reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.

Announcement: The names of the winners may be published on ZYM Mobile’s official website and social media channels. By participating, all entrants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and/or voice in any publicity and advertising related to the promotion without additional compensation or prior notice.

General Conditions

Right to Modify: ZYM Mobile reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion or any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Final Decision: The decision of ZYM Mobile on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Liability: ZYM Mobile will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained by any participant as a result of their participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

By participating in this lucky draw, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
