How to port in your existing mobile number with ZYM Mobile App


  1. Download the ZYM Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and scan the SIM card number, which is located on the back of the card. Then, enter the last four characters of your NRIC/FIN to begin the activation process.
  3. Select the option to port in your existing number from your current telco provider.
  4. Complete your verification by using Singpass to retrieve your personal information.
  5. On the order summary page, confirm your payment. Your SIM card will be activated immediately.

Once you have completed these steps, you will be issued a temporary number while your port-in request is being processed. This typically takes up to five business days. When the SIM card from your previous provider stops working, you can switch it with your ZYM SIM card. This indicates that your port-in is complete.
