This promotion is valid for a limited time (3 – 30 April 2026) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms:

Eligibility

New Users signing up for a new ZYM mobile number.

Port-In Customers transferring an existing mobile number to ZYM Mobile.

Excluded Networks: For Port-In requests, this offer is NOT applicable to numbers originating from operators under the Singtel Network, including but not limited to: Singtel, GOMO, Heya, ViviFi, Zero1, and CMLink.

Promotional Benefits

Eligible customers will receive a one-time Worldwide Roaming data bundle (valid for 365 days across 198 destinations) based on their selected plan:

Note: The roaming add-on will be credited to the account within 7 working days after the successful activation of the new line or completion of the port-in process

Promotion Period & Deadlines

To qualify for the benefits, customers must adhere to the following timelines:

Online Orders: SIM card must be ordered between 3 April – 30 April 2026. Port-in or activation must be finalized by 15 May 2026.

Offline/Physical Store: Submission must be completed between 3 April – 30 April 2026. Port-in or activation must be finalized by 15 May 2026.

Exchange & Fulfillment Policy

Non-Exchangeable: Roaming add-ons are strictly non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other products/services.

Advance Payments: All initial advance payments made at the time of sign-up/port-in are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of whether the plan is terminated prematurely.

Important Conditions & Forfeiture

Promotional benefits are non-transferable. All roaming benefits will be immediately forfeited if the customer:

Ports the mobile number out from ZYM Mobile., Terminates the mobile service, Initiates a Transfer of Ownership.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing ZYM Mobile promotions or vouchers.

Management Rights

ZYM Mobile Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.
