This promotion is valid for a limited time and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms:

Eligibility

Exclusive to Port-In: This promotion is exclusively for customers who successfully Port-In their existing mobile number to ZYM Mobile.

Plan Restriction: This program applies only to the Roam SMART 5G+  and Roam POWER 5G+ plan.

Excluded Networks: This offer is NOT applicable to port-in requests from operators under the Singtel Network, including but not limited to: Singtel, GOMO, Heya, ViviFi, Zero1, and CMLink.

Promotional Benefits

Roaming Add-on: Eligible customers will receive a Free Shared 50GB Roaming Data bundle for Korea, Japan, and Australia (Valid for 365 days).

Note: This roaming add-on will be credited to the account within 7 working days after the port-in process is successfully completed.

Promotion Period & Deadlines

To qualify for the benefits, customers must meet the following timelines:

Online Orders: SIM card must be ordered between 16 March – 31 March 2026. Port-in completion must be finalized by 31 April 2026.

Offline/Physical Store: Port-in submission must be done between 16 March – 31 March 2026. Port-in completion must be finalized by 31 April 2026.

Exchange & Fulfillment Policy

Non-Exchangeable: The Free Shared 50GB Roaming Add-on and the promotional discount are strictly non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other products/services.

Advance Payments: All initial advance payments required at the time of port-in are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of whether the plan is terminated prematurely.

Important Conditions & Forfeiture

This hpromotional roaming add-on are non-transferable. Benefits will be immediately forfeited if the customer performs any of the following:

Ports out the mobile number from ZYM Mobile and Terminates the mobile service or initiates a Transfer of Ownership.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing ZYM Mobile promotions or vouchers.

Management Rights

ZYM Mobile Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.
