New Year 2026 Port in Promo
Free Upsize Shared 1000GB (Malaysia, Indonesia and/or Thailand)
This version of the Terms & Conditions has been updated to reflect the New Year 2026 Upsize (Port In Promo), including the specific plan-based increases and corrected data volumes.
Eligibility & Upsize Details
This offer is exclusively available to Non- Singtel Port in customers who sign up for the following plans during the promotion period. The upsize replaces the standard roaming bundle with a one-time 1000GB allowance:
ZYM Roam Plus (4G) – Upsize shared roaming coverage to Malaysia & Indonesia from 600GB to 1000GB
ZYM Roam Smart (5G) – Upsize shared roaming coverage to Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand from 600GB to 1000GB
ZYM Roam Eco (5G) – Upsize shared roaming coverage to Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand from 700GB to 1000GB
ZYM Roam Power (5G) – Upsize shared roaming coverage to Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand from 800GB to 1000GB
Non- Singtel Port in customers refers to number port in from all telco provider, except Singtel, Gomo, Heya, Vivifi, Zero1 and CMLink.
Promotion Period & Activation
To qualify for the upsize, customers must adhere to the following timelines:
Online Orders (www.zym.sg): Orders must be placed between 5 Jan – 18 Jan 2026. Successful Port In must be completed by 1 Feb 2026.
Reseller Outlet / Self-Activation: SIM activation & Port In Submission must be between 5 Jan – 18 Jan 2026. Successful Port In must be completed by 1 Feb 2026.
Fulfilment & Validity
Provisioning: The Upsize Roaming Bundle data add-on will be credited to the customer’s ZYM account within 7 working days from the date of successful porting.
Validity Period: The add-on is valid for 365 days from the date it is added to the account. Example: If the add-on is activated on 15 Jan 2026, it will expire on 14 Jan 2027.
Usage Cap: Once the 1000GB data is fully consumed within the validity period, roaming data services for these specific regions will cease unless another roaming pack is purchased.
Ineligibility
The following individuals are not eligible for this promotion:
Existing ZYM Mobile subscribers or Former ZYM Mobile subscribers who had previously registered with ZYM for last 12 months.
Forfeiture of Benefit
The Upsize Roaming Bundle data add-on will be immediately forfeited and terminated without notice under the following circumstances:
Plan Termination: If the subscriber terminates the ZYM Mobile plan for any reason.
Change of Ownership: If the account ownership is transferred to another individual.
Plan Migration: If the subscriber changes, upgrades, or downgrades the current plan to a different ZYM Mobile plan.
General Conditions
Amendments: ZYM Mobile reserves the right to amend, update, or elaborate on these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Final Decision: ZYM Mobile’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion (including eligibility) are final and binding.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
