This promotion offers a one-time bonus of 50GB Shared Roaming Data for use in Korea, Japan, and Australia, valid for 365 days. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

This offer is exclusively available to new customers who sign up for the following plans:

ZYM Roam Smart (5G) & ZYM Roam Power (5G)

Promotion Period & Activation

To qualify for the promotion, customers must meet the following deadlines based on their mode of purchase:

Fulfillment & Validity

Provisioning: The 50GB data add-on will be credited to the customer’s ZYM account within 7 working days from the date of successful SIM activation.

Validity Period: The add-on is valid for 365 days from the date it is added to the account. Example: If the add-on is activated on 25 Dec 2025, it will expire on 24 Dec 2026.

Usage Cap: Once the 50GB data is fully consumed within the validity period, roaming data services for these specific regions will cease unless another roaming pack is purchased.

Ineligibility

The following individuals are not eligible for this promotion:

Existing ZYM Mobile subscribers, Former ZYM Mobile subscribers who have terminated their service and attempt to re-register/port-in during the promotional period or Former ZYM Mobile subscribers with a history of service termination due to outstanding/unpaid bills.

Forfeiture of Benefit

The free 50GB roaming add-on will be immediately forfeited/terminated under the following circumstances:

Plan Termination: If you terminate your ZYM Mobile plan for any reason.

Change of Ownership: If the account ownership is transferred to another individual.

Plan Migration: If you change or downgrade your current plan to a different ZYM Mobile plan.

General Conditions

Amendments: ZYM Mobile reserves the right to amend, update, or elaborate on these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Final Decision: ZYM Mobile’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion (including eligibility) are final and binding.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
