Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period & Eligibility

  • Promotion Period: This promotion is valid strictly from now until 31 July 2026.
  • Eligibility: This offer is an exclusive, invitation-only promotion for existing active subscribers of the ZYM Mobile Roam PLUS base plan.
  • Upgrade Option: Existing active subscribers of the ZYM Mobile Roam SAVER who are interested are also eligible to upgrade to ZYM Mobile Roam PLUS  and pay the updated monthly subscription fee as stated in point 2 to enjoy this offer. 

2. Promotion Mechanics & Pricing

  • Eligible subscribers who opt-in to this upgrade will pay an additional $1.00 per month (inclusive of GST) on top of their existing (Roam PLUS ) base plan subscription. The revised total monthly subscription fee will be $11.10 per month.
  • Eligible subscribers who opt-in to this upgrade will pay an additional $3.33 per month (inclusive of GST) on top of their existing (Roam SAVER) base plan subscription. The revised total monthly subscription fee will be $11.10 per month.
  • No upfront payment is required at the time of the in-store upgrade.
  • The prorated charge for the current billing cycle (if applicable) and the additional recurring monthly subscription fee for this upgrade will be reflected in your next and subsequent monthly invoices.

3. Technical Implementation & Network Performance

  • Upon successful registration and verification in-store, the Booster A (5G+) add-on will be provisioned to the designated mobile number within 3 working days
  • App Display Notice: As the user remains on the underlying Roam PLUS base plan, the ZYM Mobile App dashboard may continue to display “Roam Plus”. The 5G+ network capability is enabled strictly via the active Booster A (5G+) add-on visible under the user’s active add-ons.
  • The 5G+ connectivity delivered via the Booster A add-on shares identical performance characteristics, speeds, and network prioritization as ZYM Mobile’s standalone 5G plans, with zero performance reduction.

4. Hardware Requirements & Liability Disclaimer (SIM & Device)

  • 5G Compatible Device Requirement: Subscribers must utilize a 5G-compatible mobile handset/device to access the 5G+ network. ZYM Mobile shall not be held liable, responsible, or accountable if a subscriber is unable to access or experience 5G+ speeds due to handset incompatibility, software limitations, incorrect device settings, or any other device-related reasons whatsoever. 
  • SIM Card Requirements: Subscribers currently utilizing a 4G SIM card must perform a physical or eSIM swap to a 5G-compatible SIM card during their in-store visit to enjoy 5G+ connectivity.
  • The standard SIM card exchange/replacement fee of up to $10.90 is completely waived for the purposes of this upgrade. Subscribers who are already using a 5G-compatible SIM card do not require a SIM swap.

5. Redemption Channels & Locations

To redeem this special invite, eligible subscribers must present themselves in person at any of the following authorized physical locations during specified operating hours:

  • Samsung Experience Store – JEM, VivoCity, Bedok Mall, or Serangoon NEX (Daily, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • Singtel Exclusive Stores – Junction 8, HarbourFront Centre, Orchard ION, or Compass One (Daily, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • ZYM HQ – 53 Ubi Crescent, Singapore 408594 (Mon – Fri, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays)

Alternatively, subscriber can chat with our online live agent via WhatsApp at 8090000 to request the upgrade. Please note that if subscribers are still using an older 4G SIM, you will be directed by our service team to visit one of the stores mentioned above for a free 5G SIM swap. If you already have a 5G SIM, we will process your upgrade immediately.

6. General T&Cs

  • ZYM Mobile reserves the right to amend, change, or withdraw the terms of this promotion, or terminate this promotion entirely at any time without prior notice.5
  • G Compatible Device Requirement: Subscribers must utilize a 5G-compatible mobile handset/device to access the 5G+ network. ZYM Mobile shall not be held liable, responsible, or accountable if a subscriber is unable to access or experience 5G+ speeds due to handset incompatibility, specific device models, non-local (overseas) handsets, jailbroken/rooted devices, software limitations, incorrect device settings, or any other device-related reasons or modifications whatsoever.
  • SIM Card Requirements: Subscribers currently utilizing a 4G SIM card must perform a physical or eSIM swap to a 5G-compatible SIM card during their in-store visit to enjoy 5G+ connectivity.
  • All other standard customer terms, fair use policies, and terms of service of ZYM Mobile remain applicable.
  • ZYM Mobile reserves the right to amend, change, or withdraw the terms of this promotion, or terminate this promotion entirely at any time without prior notice.
