Promotion Overview
This exclusive Singtel 3Gbps Mesh Broadband promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered specifically to active ZYM Mobile subscribers. By participating in this Promotion, subscribers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
ZYM Subscribers Only: This offer is exclusive to active ZYM Mobile subscribers. It is not available to the general public.
New Customers Only: The Promotion is valid only for new Singtel Broadband sign-ups. Existing Singtel Broadband subscribers (recontracts) are not eligible.
Verification: To redeem the offer, customers must visit a participating outlet and present proof of an active ZYM Mobile subscription to the sales representative.
Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid from 1 February 2026 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive), or while stocks last.
Plan Details & Pricing
Contract Duration: 24 months (2 years).
Monthly Subscription: $39.70/month (Inclusive of GST). This represents a $11.00 monthly discount off the standard retail price of $50.70/month.
Activation Fee: The standard activation fee is waived for this Promotion.
Included Hardware & Incentives
Successful sign-ups will receive the following:
Hardware: 2 x Singtel WiFi 7 Tri-band routers (Model: HB611).
Reward Points: 2,000 yuu Points (equivalent to $10.00 value).
Complimentary Services: Broadband Protect, 12 months free ($3.00/mth thereafter), Amazon Prime: 6 months free (thereafter $4.99/month). Microsoft 365 Personal: 3 months free (thereafter $15.49/month) and More.
Note: Standard Singtel terms apply for the auto-renewal of these services.
Redemption Locations
This offer is only available at the following four (6) Singtel Exclusive Stores:
Orchard ION, HarbourFront Centre, Junction 8 and Compass One, Woodland Mart or Plantation Plaza.
Data Collection
To process the exclusive discount, Singtel sales representatives will record the subscriber’s Full Name and ZYM Mobile Number. This data is used solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility for this specific Promotion.
