1. Eligibility

• This promotion is strictly exclusive to existing ZYM Mobile subscribers currently on an “Older Plan.”

• An “Older Plan” is defined as any legacy ZYM Mobile plan that is no longer listed or available for new sign-ups on the official ZYM Mobile website (www.zym.sg).

2. Eligible Upgrade Plans

Eligible subscribers may choose to switch their older plan to one of the following current offerings:

• Roam PLUS: $10.10 per month

• Roam SMART: $15.10 per month

📌 Note on Entitlements & Promos: Please refer to www.zym.sg for the exact data, talktime, and SMS entitlements for these plans. Please note that any “Free Months” or similar promotional currently advertised (if any) on the website do not apply to this loyalty upgrade program.

3. SIM Card Replacement Requirement

• To enjoy ZYM Mobile’s enhanced 5G+ connectivity, subscribers must swap their existing older SIM card for a new, 5G-compatible SIM card at below supported stores.

• The 5G+ network experience is dependent on using a compatible 5G device within ZYM Mobile’s 5G network coverage areas.

4. Fulfillment & Redemption Locations

To complete the plan switch and collect your new 5G SIM card, you must visit one of the designated physical locations listed below. No prior appointment is required.

Samsung Experience Stores (Daily 11AM – 8PM):

• JEM

• VivoCity

• Bedok Mall

• NEX (Serangoon)

ZYM Mobile Headquarters (Mon – Fri, 10AM -6PM):

• ZYM HQ: 53 Ubi Crescent, Singapore 408594

5. General Clauses

• ZYM Mobile reserves the right to verify subscriber eligibility at the point of redemption. In-person, please bring along your original NRIC/FIN or Singpass for verification purposes.

• ZYM Mobile reserves the right to amend, change, or terminate this promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice.
