📞 Free Incoming Calls (Local)

 ZYM Mobile utilizes your local talktime bundle for all voice traffic to ensure you only pay for what you use.

Deduction Policy: When you receive a call while in Singapore, the duration is deducted from your monthly Local Talktime allocation.

Service Limit: Once your allocated local talktime minutes are fully used up, you will be unable to receive or make calls.

Zero Bill Shock: To protect you from unexpected costs, the service will stop automatically. We will not charge you pay-per-use rates for incoming calls once your bundle is empty.


🔄 What to do if Minutes Run Out?

If you reach your limit before the end of the month, you don’t have to wait for the refresh to stay reachable.

Check Balance: View your remaining minutes in real-time via the ZYM Mobile App.

Purchase Add-on: Buy a talktime booster directly in the app to resume making and receiving calls instantly.

Monthly Refresh: All talktime entitlements reset to the full amount on the 1st day of every month.


⚠️ Roaming Note

Please remember that these rules apply while you are within Singapore. If you are traveling:

Receiving a call while overseas is considered Roaming Voice.

Roaming calls are charged at separate pay-per-use rates and do not use your local minute bundle.
